Windows Media Player won't open?

Make sure you have Window Media Player 8 or higher.  You can download
updates for windows media player: CLICK HERE

The Video Courses don't seem to work on my computer very well,
what's the problem?

You probably will encounter problems with streaming video if you
have a dial-up connection.  We recommend high speed internet.

How do I increase the size of my video?

When Windows media player opens, click on "view" in the top menu. Then scroll down to "video size" and click "200%"

If you have a more recent version of Windows media, such as Windows Media Player 10 or 11 you could "right click" the screen and then increase the video size from the menu given.
